The roofing is made of solid wood roof boards and in any case requires further weatherproofing. Due to the relatively high total weight of this roofing creates a very low noise during precipitation.

For roofing with tiles (from the trade), the spacing of the roof battens is based on the specifications of the tile manufacturer.
We offer roof battens as an option only for the houses of the 45plus and 70plus series and the gable roof carports.

In the long term, however, depending on the roof shape (flat or pitched roof), a secondary covering is always necessary.

For roofs with low slope.
Long life, high ductility and excellent resistance to UV radiation and ozone concentration. Installation is in one piece (1.2 mm thickness) by cold bonding with supplied adhesive.

Onduline KSK-M has an aluminum top layer and particularly high adhesive strength. Processing is simple, safe and quick. The aluminum surface is coated with a high-quality silver-gray paint and offers excellent protection against UV radiation and other environmental influences.

An additional counter-battening and the option of a second roof layer provide a space for the insulation material. In the TRENDplus series, there are models with double-skin roof and 120 mm insulation already included in the kit.

Composite of two flat glass panes bonded with a highly stable film. Shatter protection and better sound insulation compared to simple glazing. Condensation possible with temperature fluctuations. Very high dimensional stability at high surface temperatures.

Protects against the weather
A green roof not only looks good, but also reduces the volume of precipitation and blends perfectly into a natural environment. The water-saturated green roof reduces the snow load by approx. 65 kg/m2. Attention: Only possible for special designs and the flat roof series.

Snow load increase
The snow load of a kit indicates the maximum permissible value incl. the roof covering from the scope of delivery. On-site modifications of the roof covering or solar panels can influence the snow load. For selected kits there is the option of increasing the snow load.
